The Sweet Service Award goes to CapeWine 2018, its organizer WOSA (Wines of South Africa), and the wine industry, for the smooth organisation and professionalism of the largest wine trade show in the Southern Hemisphere, and for putting the quality and diversity of our wine industry on show. The media registration on arrival was easy, we received a handy bag for all the brochures and booklets, and were offered a wine glass on arrival. My only gripe is that there was so little media information generally upfront, and that we were not sent any information specifically.

The Sour Service Award goes to MWeb, from whom I have been trying to get ‘divorced’ for the past three months. Having moved into an apartment block with fiber, I followed the website instructions of closing my account via MyAccount.  I was still billed despite this. I called two months ago, and told them that I had cancelled, but they said they had no record of it, and threatened one month cancellation fee, unlike sister company Multichoice, which allows immediate cancellation. I went to my bank to reverse the payment. They called, and sent me an email, with a no-reply address! I had to call again and request a usable email address. I had discovered that I was double paying two suppliers for domain registrations, and still MWeb will not acknowledge this, despite sending them information about the domain move to another supplier a year ago! Shocking to see the fraudulent and unprofessional action of MWeb!
