Sweet Service Award goes to City of Cape Town ; Sour Service Award goes to Nu-line Lifts!

The Sweet Service Award goes to the City of Cape Town, for lowering the Loadshedding Level by one step on most days, meaning that Zone 7 in which I live has not been affected by Loadshedding all week so far.

The Sour Service Award goes to  Nu-Line Elevator Company and its Service Supervisor Bradley Marais, for the second week running. Bradley arrived at our apartment block earlier this week, without arranging a time nor in making plans for how he could access the top of the lift shaft so that they can reduce the lift noise, only possible via one of the apartments. Instead of checking with me, being the only permanent resident in the building, he just got into the lift in the basement, and expected to enter my apartment. I was busy with an important document,  and could not be disturbed. He is rude and arrogant. I have communicated to Sandak-Lewin that I will only allow access to Nu-Line if a proper appointment is made, and if a person other than Bradley does the job!
