The Sweet Service Award goes to Vida e Caffè in the V&A Waterfront, for providing a jug with cold water and lemon slices to its clients, even though they could be making money from the bottled waters they sell.
The Sour Service Award goes to CNA in the V&A Waterfront, who did not have a single staff member on the floor at 20h30 on Monday, despite a number of customers in the store. A manager ventured out of the back office, and was surprised that customers needed help, stating that it wasn’t odd that there had been no one on the floor, and that he was busy with paperwork in his office!
