I had only got to know the company and some of its executives this year when it launched its wonderful chocolate boxes. It has been my favorite petrol station to date. I was annoyed when a staff member from the garage shop came to my car window whilst another attendant was tending to my car, trying to hard sell me items from their shop. I rarely buy there as the prices are very much higher. I asked to speak to a manager, and she took 15 minutes to come to the car. She barely listened to my complaint about it and was very dismissive about it. &nbsp;I asked her for a number of the owner, and she told me to come inside the shop and fetch it!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
