\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award <\/strong>goes to CNA in the V&A Waterfront, who did not have a single staff member on the floor at 20h30 on Monday, despite a number of customers in the store.\u00a0\u00a0 A\u00a0manager ventured out of the back office, and was surprised\u00a0that customers needed help,\u00a0stating that it wasn’t odd that there had been no one on the floor, and that he was busy with paperwork in his office!<\/p>\n
