He used the iCloud to quickly and efficiently transfer the data, and helped me to set up the phone. The two outlets transfer the data to their computers, and then they transfer it to their client\u2019s new cellphone, to prevent any virus issues. In both outlets they told me that they could not transfer the data to their computer, the data on my cellphone being corrupt! Neither of the two outlets thought of doing the data transfer via the iCloud!
