\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award <\/b>goes to Pilbeo luggage transfer service in Portugal and Spain, and its operator Jesus Capeans Vi\u00f1a, for the excellent reliable service they offered in collecting and dropping off my suitcase on each of my 15 Accommodation nights in the Portuguese Coastal Camino, starting in Porto in Portugal until I completed the walk in Santiago de Compostela in Spain. When I developed a bad blister underneath my foot, I could be transported with my luggage to the next destination, at the cost of an additional \u2018suitcase\u2019. Two changes to my schedule\/accommodations were efficiently handled. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to the Alda Eustacion Pontevedra Hotel in Pontevedra, for their shocking double charge when I had to move my booking from one night to the next, being charged a full cancellation fee, despite staying there a night later and emailing the property in advance. Of the 15 Accommodation bookings I made via Booking.com it was the only one that took full payment on the day of my bookings instead of on the day of my arrival, as the other accommodation establishments did. No amount of pleading with the receptionist Sonia to waive any policy they may have, in the spirit of the Camino, as well as directly to Booking.com, made any difference.<\/p>\n
