\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Vodacom in the Waterfront, which cut me off for a month because they allocated my payment to another customer, without compensating me for the interest on my payment or refunding me for the non-use of my cellphone, other than on WiFi.  I had to return to the branch to say that the service was still not working five days later, and Roger the staff member dealing with my problem had to have it switched on! One wonders why this could not have happened automatically. <\/p>\n
