On Saturday and Sunday one could not access the Discovery Vitality website. This was confirmed at the Discovery Shop in Sea Point yesterday afternoon. This issue impacts Virgin Active and Planet Fitness members. We are working on this and apologise for the inconvenience caused.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"even\" role=\"row\">\n<td class=\"p-1 sorting_1\">\n<p class=\"flush--bottom\"><span class=\"color--secondary11\"><strong>2020-01-20 : Device Workouts <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWe are experiencing a delay with the allocation of points for your qualifying device workouts for the 17th and 18th January 2020. We are working on this and your points will be allocated once the issue has been resolved.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"odd\" role=\"row\">\n<td class=\"p-1 sorting_1\">\n<p class=\"flush--bottom\"><span class=\"color--secondary11\"><strong>2020-01-17 : Slow Internet Speeds &amp; Points Delay <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nMany internet service providers are experiencing slow internet speeds which is due to a technical fault. As a result members will find that their points will take longer to reflect on Vitality.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>On Friday I awarded Discovery a Sour Award for the disappointing launch of the over-applauded Discovery Miles, which led to not receiving a chance to play the Game board despite my fitness activity remaining the same, and not seeing any Woolworths or Pick n Pay vouchers as rewards, as was suggested in the media hype!
