Yesterday was the start date of the second TV series of \u2018JAN\u2019. So a well-deserved congratulations to owner Chef Jan-Hendrik van der Westhuizen and his team in Nice.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>JAN restaurant was first awarded a one-star by Michelin in 2016, seven months after I ate at the restaurant for the first time. Since then it has been awarded each year, making this the fifth year running that the accolade has been received.
