Other internal measures to combat the spread of the COVID-19 Virus were announced by the biggest tourist attraction in our country to its tenants yesterday. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V &amp; A Waterfront CEO David Green wrote to tenants to share with them which stringent measures it was taking to contain the spread of the Virus, the President having addressed shopping malls to enhance their hygiene control in his speech on Sunday. As a result, Green announced the first steps taken at the Waterfront:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&nbsp;Enhancing its contingency planning \u2018<i>to make our environment as safe as possible\u2019<\/i><\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Learning from international Best Practice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ultimately Green admitted that the \u2018<i>most damaging implications lie in the inevitable economic slowdown<\/i>\u2019.
