Earlier this week I took American visitors to the Fish Hoek Branch to exchange Dollars to Rands, at about noon. The Forex man was off on lunch, and we were told to wait for him for 15 minutes. We went for a walk, and had to wait for another client to be served first. Each client\u2019s transaction takes about half an hour, for the paper work to be processed. A precious Tourist Guiding hour wasted. Later this week I waited at the Sea Point branch for someone to assist me in printing out a bank statement from an account that does not have a card and hence cannot be done at an ATM. It took 30 minutes to finally get it done, with only one other client in the bank, and at least six staff members visible in this time!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
