#Grateful for a 1000 x better day today than yesterday (celebrating with a glass of wine), being focused on what I had to face and do right at the start of the day; for another beautiful day with the most exquisite sunset, despite being slightly more chilly; for another excellent Exercise Time this morning, getting to 3rd Beach in Clifton before having to turn around, and receiving another generous 300 Discovery Vitality points for the Cardio exertion \u2764\ufe0f; for my exercising of this past week surpasssing that of last week, averaging 15000 steps and 11 km per day; for receiving the most kind and generous service from Jared Stein of Camps Bay Hardware, when he sourced Citronella candles for me, with a village values feel; for having a busy working day; for chatting to Chef Jenny Morris, trying to encourage her to do deliveries of her Yumcious salads and pork belly; for our nurses around the world, recognized through International Nurses Day; for discovering that two German shops in Gardens are operating (Hartlief and The German Grocer); for connecting with my Alex \u2764\ufe0f; for dancing to Kfm this afternoon; and for being happy and healthy \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n
I wrote a strongly worded email to the other Apartment block owners first thing, for their nastiness and disparagement yesterday. It must have had its effect, as there was no response today.<\/p>\n
There was a disgusting amount of dog poo on the Victoria Road pavement around Bali Bay this morning. I may head out with a rake tomorrow morning, to move it towards the fence. The downside of the dog walking. \ud83e\udd75 Kauai keeps putting its board on the pavement to advertise its food delivery. When I asked the manager if he could move it out of the way, he told me to walk on the pavement on the other side of the road! \ud83e\udd75 Its illegal to advertise on the pavement.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s great to combine shopping with Exercise Time, as I\u2019m now getting more than enough steps.<\/p>\n
I wrote a Blogpost about the Film and TV production industry reopening, something which was allowed a week ago, very quietly, not part of an official Government announcement. But the conditions of production are stringent.<\/p>\n
