\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0goes to MediaNova, publishers of the Cape Town Visitors’ Guide, and its staff Lee-Anne Cox and Dominique Bendex.\u00a0 We placed an advertisement in the two issues of the Cape Town Tourism\u00a0Visitors’ Guide\u00a0for the World Cup in 2010.\u00a0 In a year, the company has not managed to post us a copy of the Guide, despite numerous requests.\u00a0\u00a0Both ‘ladies’ have no respect for the customer, in that they interrupt one continuously on the phone, not allowing one to finish a sentence.\u00a0 This company appears to have a philosophy that the ruder and more threatening its staff is to its clients, the more likely they will be to pay!\u00a0 Last year MediaNova also received a Sour Award.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
