#Grateful for more rain overnight and this morning, unbelievable how much has fallen this week, and lucky once again that by 7h30 it had stopped, just in time for Exercise; for very few garbage bags on my walk, only some in Clifton; for very few Exercisers today, probably what it will be like from Monday as it is spread out more; for the amazing proactive offer from local resident Margit Roberts to donate to Camps Bay Clean \ud83d\udc4f, when we saw each other on our walk this morning; for having the company of Minsky, who has settled in nicely after a week \ud83d\udc31; for some sun therapy on the terrace this afternoon, making me feel much better; for a less busy day; for dancing to Kfm \ud83d\udc83; and for being fit and healthy. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n
I had the winter blues today, not being a lover of the cold and grey skies. My heart is very sore too…. \ud83d\ude22. It\u2019s weird how the end of Level 4 and the oncoming Level 3 feels like the end of such a special two months that I have experienced. How will it all change next week? If at all? \ud83d\ude0e\ud83d\ude31\ud83d\ude22<\/p>\n
I love photographing reflections and I got a brilliant shot this morning of a runner reflected in a puddle. \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n
My FitBit Charge 3 is still on the blink as far as my heart is concerned, supposedly having zero heartbeat, but it is measuring my steps and sleep…. \ud83d\ude31<\/p>\n
I am adding Wine posts to the FaceBook Food Delivery and Collection Group, so am accepting food and wine pairing posts too. What an exciting change from Monday. In many ways it feels as if we are at Level 1 already, except for international travel and tobacco product sales.<\/p>\n

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier this week to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, and lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.<\/b><\/p>\n
