I asked the staff person nearest the entrance about some plants I wanted, and it appeared that he had no clue, only being stationed at the entrance to handle the Covid-19 protocol. He very rudely told me to put on my mask, when I had it on! I was assisted by a very nice staff member, but he appeared to know nothing about plants, a disappointment. There was no manager on duty, and I found the service to be very disappointing, compared to how it was when the Nursery was based at the Total garage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
