These were a massive disappointment, so the Tourism Minister elaborated on the exact regulations this afternoon, and announced the reopening of restaurants on Monday 29 June. My Cat Consultant Michele Antelme had warned me about the danger of a cat wearing a collar, so now it is off, and it won\u2019t be replaced. She and I had a long chat on the phone today.<\/p>\n<p>Sorbet Camps Bay has made a number of changes since I went there on Tuesday, on their opening day.
