I found how the Bnb affects Body Corporate electricity usage in our building (three out of 4 apartments), it being sky high in the summer months when their apartments are full. And I discovered that the UIF deducted from the salary of our Building Manager has not been paid over to the Department of Labour in the past two years, because of the hassle of getting him registered, I was told.
