\"\"The Sweet Service Award <\/b>goes to PnP Clothing in The Point in Sea Point, \u00a0and its staff member Clemenshaw Petersen, who collected two pairs of shorts in my size from their Kenilworth branch on his day off, and brought them to the Sea Point Branch so that I could collect them there. He called me the day before to confirm that he would do so, keeping me informed. The quality of clothing at the clothing store has improved due to a new buyer, and some branches even stock a new Gavin Rajah range. <\/p>\n

\"\"The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to The Ladder on Bree Street, a coffee shop and mini Deli which I discovered in the early days of Lockdown. The store sold glass jars of raw honey at a very reasonable R50, and when I had used it all, I returned to buy more, but they had run out. I left my phone number and asked them to contact me when they receive more stock. I heard nothing. Being nearby earlier this week, I popped in and found them selling very crystallized jars of honey at double the price! Their excuse was a lame one, saying that it was due to Covid!<\/p>\n
