Rain wasn\u2019t forecast on my weather app, but it is said to rain through the night.<\/p>\n<p>The Red and Green listed countries for Tourists travelling to SA were announced in the last minute by Minister Naledi Pandor this afternoon, a few hours before International Travel is allowed again. \ud83d\ude31 The Country Red List is such a mess, it has been amended three times since being published this afternoon!
