The gin contains five botanicals: coriander, orris root, liquorice, cardamom, and Angelica, with the zest of lemon, orange, and grapefruit. \ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve now learnt that while I must reach the minimum number of steps to gain any Discovery points, exerting myself for one hour per day, instead of two half hours spread out over the day, earns me a minimum of 200 points, and if it is an uphill walk it goes up to 300 points. It\u2019s taken me a long time to work out \ud83d\ude31\ud83d\udc63.<\/p>\n<p>My Apple phone required a software update to version 14.1. Oh my goodness, a whole new phone.
