I don\u2019t get that they use terms we as customers don\u2019t understand, harping on about the \u2018Replacement Journey\u2019 I need to understand! In the end I put down the phone, there being no kindness nor apology! I did say to her that Checkers is committing Marketing fraud, for not living up to its time claim, and for not having a stock system to check real-time what the availability of the ordered products is. She blamed everything on Covid Lockdown. \ud83d\ude37\ud83d\ude31\ud83e\udd75<\/p>\n<p>Carte Blanche producer Michael Duffet contacted me, requesting an exact time line regarding my experiences with the company under investigation by them.
