She was forceful, rude in implying that I did not understand their delivery times (they are not mentioned and it was my first delivery order through the retailer), and kept repeating that I did not understand their \u2018replacement journey\u2019, not explaining what this meant. What was intended to be a service call to switch my perception of the retailer\u2019s service around to a positive one, has become even more negative, it being unlikely that I will use the delivery service again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
