Corona Gratitude \ud83d\ude4f<\/u><\/p>\n

#Grateful for the rain that has fallen so far, and more to come tonight; for the \u2018biblical storm\u2019 not having arrived, it being more of an all-day drizzle; for a hardworking morning in preparation of a client status meeting; for a good client meeting, drinking tea and served wafer biscuits;, for popping in at the German butcher on Kloof Street, fetching figs at Peppertree Caf\u00e9 in Kloof Street, at the German Grocer, at the party shop around the corner, and buying some soup Veg at Spar Cape Quarter; for a break in the rain allowing me to do a walk through Camps Bay; and for being happy and healthy.\ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n

I ran out of time this morning, not writing a blogpost. \ud83d\ude31<\/p>\n

Amazing how a rainy day leads one to make a big pot of soup, perfect for a cold evening. I was lucky to do my walk during the Loadshedding, starting at 17h00 and lasting just over an hour. I rescued a Woolworths trolley, just abandoned at the Tidal pool after I threatened to report the two homeless persons. \ud83d\ude21<\/p>\n

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.<\/p>\n
