Sacha Jack deviously getting a quote approved for a lock for the door from the garage on her side of the building, to prevent me from taking the Camps Bay CSI and police up to her Ebbtide apartment 201 for Noise Disturbances. So funny that the handyman who started at 10h00 this morning has only managed to create a gaping hole in the door! The cheek is that I have to pay 20% of the cost of the lock installation, even if it is to keep me out of half the building!<\/p>\n<p>2. The door is a fire escape one and possibly a fire door, so I applied for a Fire Inspection, to check whether the door can be locked.<\/p>\n<p>3. I wrote to Paddocks, a law firm which specializes in Sectional Title. This is to check the legality of locking the door which connects Common property, and preventing me from using the door and passage. And the impact on the levies of the two apartments locking their side of the building, if they now regard the staircase and passage as their private property!<\/p>\n<p>4. I wrote to CSOS, the Ombudsman for Sectional Title disputes, taking the same issues to them.<\/p>\n<p>Phew \ud83e\udd75\ud83e\udd75\ud83e\udd75\ud83e\udd75\ud83d\ude31\ud83d\ude31\ud83d\ude31\ud83d\ude31\ud83d\ude31<\/p>\n<p>SA Corona Status: 2 302 304 cases 67080 deaths 5 328 110 vaccinations<\/p>\n<p>FitBit 8000 steps 6 km \ud83d\udc63<\/p>\n<p>Lovemylife\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June and extended by two weeks on 11 July, \u00a0is an unprecedented event in my lifetime.
