\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award <\/b>goes to my Dentist Dr Wim de Beer, in the Waterfront, who assisted me at short notice when a dental implant cracked, and came loose. I was on my way to Gordon\u2019s Bay, and he was leaving for a two week break before I returned to Cape Town. I had to delay my departure to Gordon\u2019s Bay so that he could reinstall the implant. Best of all is that he didn\u2019t charge me a cent for this emergency procedure. It was done so quickly that I got to Gordon’s Bay before it got dark, despite late afternoon traffic.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Pick n Pay ASAP!, the second week running. Having seen the media coverage about the new renamed Shopping App, previously called Bottles, I decided to buy a bag of cat food, using the R50 promotional voucher promised. In the past week I have tried to purchase the cat food daily, and each day the Promo code was rejected as having expired. I would receive a new Promo code, \u00a0and the same message would come up, four promo codes not working. I called in to Customer Support at Pick n Pay, requesting to speak to a manager, but none has called me back. It was admitted to me that the App has teething problems, which must be costing Pick n Pay massive lost business with this unreliable App!<\/p>\n
