#grateful for a very quiet day, catching up on work after a very busy short work week; for a beautiful sunny 19C day; for the opportunity to stretch in picking up litter, more than I\u2019ve seen in a while with more picnickers at the Tidal Pool today; for a beautiful sunset, seeing part of it at the Bakoven Rock, which has a crowd of regulars; for a lovely Camps Bay and Bakoven walk all in one, finishing off my steps with dancing to Kfm; and for being happy, healthy and free. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n
AFTER 8 days of struggle and 6 different promotion codes sent to me by Pick n Pay to buy a 4 kg bag of cat food via their ASAP! App I finally received a promo code that worked. I am SO unimpressed with this App and Pick n Pay\u2019s (lack of) handling of it, by email and telephonically. The first and last time. Not worth the R50 saving at all. I\u2019ll only do Takealot shopping in future, always been perfect.<\/p>\n
After 3 weeks of almost peace and quiet as far as Noise Disturbance is concerned, Sacha Jack\u2019s EbbTide 201 Apartment is so noisy that it feels like I\u2019m in the middle of a circle of 100 drummers. Vanaand gaan die poppe dans \ud83d\ude21. I\u2019ll have to call in some outside help.<\/p>\n

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June, extended by two weeks on 11 July, and returned to Level 3 on 26 July, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.<\/p>\n
