She has won a bottle of Adhara Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil,<\/p>\n<p>Chef Jenny is planning to reopen Yumcious this week, after the sad passing last month of her dear husband and business partner David.<\/p>\n<p>Jenny and David opened Yumcious six years ago. She writes cookbooks, the latest one being \u2018Yumcious\u2019, with another up her sleeve. It has however made people think out of the box and find ways to keep going and afloat.<\/i><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><i>From my Cooking, it&#8217;s given me time to play around with recipe development but not enough mouths to share it with because most of my clients are still working from home.<\/i><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">2.\u00a0 <u>What is the worst thing about the Lockdown for your business and your cooking ?\u00a0<\/u><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><i>Everything, I service the offices around my restaurant in de Waterkant and I \u00a0was ever so well supported until Covid reared its ugly head, unfortunately now 90 % of our clients work from home and this has a very negative effect on our industry.<\/i><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">3.\u00a0 <u>Are you planning to change anything in your business \/cooking for the year ahead.\u00a0<\/u><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\"><i>I&#8217;m thinking of possibly opening my home for Intimate private dinners when tourism opens up again.
