Corona Gratitude \ud83d\ude4f<\/u><\/p>\n

#grateful for a wonderful organized day, starting early in the morning, getting ready for two client meetings; for it pouring early this morning \u2614\ufe0f but having cleared up when I left for town; for my Dinkel rolls waiting for me; for presenting Top 10 Woman Chef Judi Fourie of Pilcrow & Cleaver her prize of a bottle of Adhara Extra Virgin olive oil, and receiving discount vouchers for her Fideli\u2019s and Pilcrow & Cleaver to hand out to vaccinated persons as a thank you; for a quick spoil at Labotessa Caf\u00e9 for my favorite apple tart; for my haircut by Isabella Page Morgan after I ran out of time last week \u2764\ufe0f; for a pop in at Woolies at St John\u2019s Piazza in Sea Point, succumbing to some early summer clothing shopping, and seeing the construction work for a new Coco Safar having started; for popping in at Frosted with the always bubbly Celia Mauerberger showing me the pics of her fashion shoot, looking not a day older than 16 years \ud83d\udc99, and buying cupcakes for my Utopia and Anatoli Status meetings; for productive Status meetings; for a very efficient service experience at Woolies in the deserted Waterfront, picking up a shirt at the Customer Service Department, arranged by the Sea Point branch, as they no longer send products from one branch to another; for an afternoon breakfast spoil at WCafe in the Waterfront with a smoothie which was so thick that I could not drink it with a straw, sadly with poor service and very noisy; for a beautiful cloudy sky and sunset at Mouille Point, stopping there for some photographs, fascinated by a man skipping; for getting home just as it started to rain again; for being happy to see my cats after a long day away; and for being happy, healthy and free. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n

My Blogpost today was about the Waterfront commemorating its 30th Anniversary, making me nostalgic about memories of its early beginnings, meeting Alex\u2019s dad at Bertie\u2019s Landing, one of the first restaurants to open there.<\/p>\n
