\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to Pilcrow & Cleaver and Fideli\u2019s, both owned by Chef Judi Fourie, for the kind marketing of her restaurant and Deli on Parliament Street, at the CTICC and in her restaurant, by handing out discount vouchers to those persons who are vaccinated, a win-win for both. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Pick n Pay asap!, for the third week running. After attempting to order with a promised promo code over 8 days, using 6 different promo codes which were all declined, the transaction finally worked. From this experience it is clear that Pick n Pay is no longer the \u2018housewife\u2019s friend and champion\u2019, or interested in its customers, as every request by me by email or to their call centre for a manager to call me was not reacted to. Even a rating of 1\/10 on a Service questionnaire sent afterwards, in which with all my complaints were listed, has not been reacted to. The delivery of an order placed on Saturday afternoon was only delivered at 10h30 the next morning, hardly asap! The marketing of the delivery service is pathetic, in that almost all its communication for this asap! rebranded Service is still in its previous names of Bottles! What a spectacular fail! What pathetic overpromise and marketing deceit!<\/p>\n
