\"\"<\/a>The\u00a0Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to Hazendal, and its Guest Relations Manager Willem van der Merwe, for showing Gary Peterson and I around the wine estate for 45 minutes, the time it took the kitchen to prepare a Russian Tea Ceremony for us at short notice. Willem is a mine of information about the 300 year plus history of Hazendal. He found us in the restaurant, and offered to show us around, without us asking for it. \u00a0He is a fantastic ambassador for Hazendal. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to EbbTide Apartments 201, 101, and 202 in Camps Bay, rented out to rental clients permanently, all to Nigerians currently on a longer term basis. For the last four nights, or should I say early mornings at around 2h00, the tenant in Magali Segullon\u2019s ,apartment has had 2 parties with full blast music, and let the alarm go off when he returned home during Curfew! Regular party animal Franklin in Sasha Jack\u2019s apartment had a full blast party, with ten persons. I had to call the Camps Bay CSI and they called the police on three of the mornings! I report these Noise Disturbances to the respective owners, and they never apologise, let alone respond. They are just about making the money!<\/p>\n
