for an early start to the day, having to be at Zest at 10h00, breakfasting with Gary Arendse, Department Manager at Woolworhs Piazza da Luz, trying a new bagel and smoked salmon dish; for meeting Lynne Rattray Mathias, a member of the International Women\u2019s Club, who came to lunch at Zest with 23 fellow members, she knowing all about me even though we had never met, and she will invite me to their next lunch \ud83d\udc99; for seeing Tessa Booysen after a long absence, she and Alta Auret lunching at <!--more-->Zest; for receiving another lesson in amending\/editing our Zest website from Rae; for a walk on the Sea Point Promenade; it\u2019s been a long and busy week \ud83d\ude34\ud83d\ude34\ud83d\ude34.<\/p>\n<p>SA Corona Status: 2 848 925 cases 84648 deaths 14 610 572 vaccinations<\/p>\n<p>FitBit 9000 steps 7 km \ud83d\udc63<\/p>\n<p>Lovemylifeandlovegaryslife\ud83d\udc99\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June, extended by two weeks on 11 July, and returned to Level 3 on 26 July, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime.
