for glorious rain this morning; for a hard-working morning; for an hour long interview by brand new magazine IconicSA editor Isaac, for their inaugural October issue, focusing on my role as being an honest and controversial restaurant <!--more-->reviewer; for a walk to Camps Bay, it having cleared up; for Henry and I having a fantastic meeting with Vanessa Sillefant, our new Sandak-Lewin Portfolio Manager, liking her the minute we met, starting with tea and cake, and running through an agenda of items relating to our building, followed by a walk-through the building, ending with the discovery that she is a Sagittarian too, and laughing when we talked about the Trustees pressing each others\u2019 \u2018Bitch Switches\u2019, having no clue about my SwitchBitch books; for my Bestie Llewellyn Lambert coming to visit, the first time in more than 2 years, bringing flowers and a wonderful \u2018picnic\u2019 from Woolies, sitting outside on the terrace, visited by a seagull; for Uncle Llewellyn spoiling the \ud83d\ude3b\ud83d\ude3b kids with 2 play mice, polony sticks, and dry liver treats \ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf4e; for being gifted a bottle of wine by my Nigerian neighbour Alex, offering me his company and protection if I need it\u2026.. wow \ud83d\ude31, discovering that he is a forex dealer, complaining that the market is so down; In the two year \u2018reign\u2019 of our previous Portfolio Manager Greg Anderson never set foot in our building despite numerous requests!<\/p>\n<p>SA Corona Status: 2 884 134 cases 86216 deaths 16 162 887 vaccinations<\/p>\n<p>FitBit 8000 steps 6 km \ud83d\udc63<\/p>\n<p>LovemylifeandloveGaryslife<\/p>\n<p>The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June, extended by two weeks on 11 July, \u00a0returned to Level 3 on 26 July, and returned to Level 2 on 13 September, \u00a0is an unprecedented event in my lifetime.
