Miraculously the Loadshedding ends at 20h00 tonight, possibly an attempt at reversing some of the damage the outages may have caused for the governing party, given the municipal election on Monday!<\/p>\n<p>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
