Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition \u00a02019 &#8211; 2021 in Milan this past weekend. His dish was named \u2018The Ghost Net\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Paul Prinsloo was a Finalist in the Young Chef Academy Award, one of ten chefs. You need to be clever in how you go about operating your kitchen. Find intuitive ways to reduce plastic waste and excessive water use.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Collaborate with local suppliers to source sustainable and ethical produce, and find ways to utilise your food waste in fertilisers to give back to your suppliers.
