#grateful for surviving a Blue Monday morning, which came with an overwhelming amount of work, and tension, I having to bite my Sagittarian \u00a0tongue; for getting all the admin work I was behind on out of the way today; for a surprise visit by our Sandak Lewin Portfolio Manager Vanessa Sillifant with a contractor to check our waterproofing problems, for a quote, to better the R1 million one which we received earlier this year; for getting the Blueness out of the way with a midday walk through Bakoven; for a full afternoon of work, knowing that Loadshedding was waiting for us at 18h00, being at Stages 3\/4 until Saturday; for a walk to Pick n Pay during Loadshedding, so excited to hear two German tourists from Hamburg and K\u00f6ln who arrived two days ago, so much so that I went up to them and welcomed them to Camps Bay, they telling me that they are Digital Nomads, working for Microsoft; for a stop at the Tidal Pool; and for being happy, healthy and free. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n
I was in a time squeeze to get my blogpost done when Vanessa of Sandak Lewin arrived, without an appointment. I appreciate how much she has done to create peace and harmony between us Trustees. I had to pay attention to her and therefore the Blogpost was not completed \ud83d\ude31.<\/p>\n
The Ebbtide apartment 202 of Magali Seguillon in Paris has 3 new female tenants who arrived last night, and their noisiness was cut short by Loadshedding in the early hours of this morning. They returned during Loadshedding this afternoon and had to take the stairs past my front door, LOUD and inebriated, carrying this onto the terrace above me. I What\u2019s Apped Magali for them to be quietened down, and eventually they left the building, with wonderful peace and quiet since then. #Merci<\/p>\n

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June, extended by two weeks on 11 July, \u00a0returned to Level 3 on 26 July, returned to Level 2 on 13 September, and returned to Level 1 on 1 October is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.<\/p>\n
