Not only have the number of outages been severe, but the notification was extremely short notice, and confusing with different Stages for the daytime and at nighttime! While we are grateful to the City of Cape Town for reducing our Stages by one on some days, it added to the confusion as to the Stage one was on!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The WhaleTales Sweet &amp; Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
