Its Kitchen will be headed up by John Norris-Rogers, previously at La Petite Colombe in Franschhoek. Food will be ocean focussed, with \u2018<i>tableside theatrics\u2019.<\/i><\/p>\n<p># \u00a0 The Waterside Restaurant Kitchen will be run by Roxy Maudie, who has been the Sous Chef of La Colombe and Prot\u00e9g\u00e9.
