for the best continuous sleep last night in a long time, at 7 1\/2 hours; for a hard working morning preparing for my Status meetings at newkings and at Zest, lovely meetings in the afternoon, with lots of laughing with the hotel GM Martine; for a shop at Woolworths in Piazza da Luz and for seeing the lovely Manager Gary there; for two Bakoven walks today; for two Discovery Gameboard plays; for the excitement of receiving my <!--more-->first Tourist Guide booking in 19 months with German tourists next week &#8211;
