When I called about my cardigan, I was told that I could fetch it. When I arrived, the attitude was haughty, when I asked why they could not have called Nicholas Fjord who had booked the table, and where I had forgotten it. They just hang Found things in the entrance passage, I was told by the Manager. I mentioned owner Paul\u2019s name, and she showed me where he was sitting outside at the back of the restaurant, and he was aghast about my feedback. Worse for him was that a security person requested money from us as we left the restaurant. I then told him about BG\u2019s lamb not being satisfactory, and that Nicholas could rebook his unbooked reservation, Paul\u2019s eyes becoming wider and wider as I went through everything with him.
