Corona Lockdown Gratitude \ud83d\ude4f<\/u><\/p>\n

#grateful for a cool misty drizzly day, continuing into tomorrow, after the heat of the summer days of the past weeks \u2614\ufe0f; for a meeting with Ryan Rudy to discuss a collaboration with Community Stewards to assist in cleaning Camps Bay; for being able to see far so well with my right eye, when I removed my Perspex patch, everything looking so bright and clear, having to add eye drops four times a day; for a productive work morning; for only one Discovery Gameboard play; for a check up with the Opthalmologist this afternoon, all looking good and my distance reading score greatly improved, and to become even better in the next few days, meeting one of the fellow patients of yesterday in the waiting room this afternoon, seeing each other for the next eye op on Tuesday; for an Appeltaart and tea spoil at Labotessa Hotel, and a quick shop for tomatoes and avo at Fideli\u2019s Deli; for getting home safely, with thick mist on both sides of the Table Mountain traffic circle; for getting to bed early tonight thanks to Loadshedding starting at 20h00, but first finishing the rest of my steps \ud83d\ude34\ud83d\ude31 ; and for being happy, healthy and free. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March 2020 and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December, \u00a0extended to 15 February on 11 January 2021, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, moved back to Adjusted Level 2 on 31 May, moved back to level 3 on 16 June, and moved back to Adjusted Level 4 on 28 June, extended by two weeks on 11 July, \u00a0returned to Level 3 on 26 July, returned to Level 2 on 13 September, returned to Level 1 on 1 October, \u00a0and the Curfew Curfew lifted on 30 December 2021 is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.<\/p>\n
