\"\"<\/a>Conde Nast Traveller has selected two Cape Town Tidal Pools in their list of 14 prettiest ocean pools in the world\u2019.<\/p>\n

The Camps Bay Tidal Pool is about 500 meters from my home, and is a favourite for me to photograph at, especially at sunset. It is one of two Cape Town Tidal pools included in the list, even though the publication chose the wrong photograph of it for its article, using the Maiden\u2019s Cove Tidal Pool photograph. The latter Tidal Pool is also based in Camps Bay, towards Clifton.<\/p>\n

The Sea Point Tidal Pool at Milton Beach is the second Cape Town Ocean Pool on the Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller List. <\/p>\n

The Camps Bay Tidal Pool is described as follows in the article: \u2018Visitors are surprisingly spoiled for choice when it comes to seawater pools on Cape Town\u2019s coasts. This one found along the Atlantic Seaboard is surrounded by stunning panoramic shots of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles. It\u2019s recommended to go in the late afternoon to enjoy the sun dip directly in front of the infinity edge and afterwards, book a table at one of the many restaurants a short walk away.\u2019\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Camps Bay Tidal Pool regulars prefer the early mornings, especially during summer, before day visitors visit the pool. The sunsets from the pool are spectacular, however, as my Atlantic Seaboard, photograph above reflects.<\/p>\n

The Sea Point Tidal Pool is described as follows: \u2018Everyone knows Cape Town has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but its ocean pools are one not to overlook. One of the most celebrated in the region, this tidal pool stunningly contrasts the white sandy beach with its emerald-turquoise colours fed by the Atlantic and Indian waters. It\u2019s a popular destination due to its ease of accessability and it\u2019s great for safe swimming with the family.\u2019<\/i><\/p>\n

Other Tidal Pools included as the world\u2019s prettiest are Bondi Icebergs Club in Sydney, Bronte Baths in Sydney, Bude Sea Pool in Cornwall, South Curl Curl Rockpool in Sydney, Porto Moniz in Madeira, and Walpole Bay in Margate in Kent.<\/p>\n
