\"\"<\/a>Franschhoek launched a Cap Classique Route a number of years ago. \u00a0On Thursday this week the Route will be relaunched, coinciding with Cap Classique Day on 1 September.<\/p>\n

The relaunched Cap Classique Route will be celebrated with a four day festival, from 1 – 4 September. Each of 19 Cap Classique producing wine estates are inviting bubbly lovers to their cellars, to taste their excellent bubblies and to experience special events.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Some of the Cap Classique wine estates participating in the Festival are the following:<\/p>\n

#. \u00a0Pierre Jourdan Cap Classique and macaron pairing at Haute Cabriere (R100); Cellar tour with\"\"<\/a> sabrage, tasting, and platter (R200); and a Storytelling Cap Classique Lunch On Sunday 4 September, hosted by Achim von Arnim and Pieter Ferreira, a three course lunch with bubbly pairings, a tasting, and overview of the history of Cap Classique costs R750.<\/p>\n

#. \"\"<\/a>\u00a0Le Lude Cellar Tour, canape and bubbly pairing (R580).<\/p>\n

#. \u00a0L\u2019Omarins Cap Classique and nougat pairing ((R95). Mini High Tea and Cap Classique pairing (R165).<\/p>\n

#. \u00a0Rickety Bridge Cap Classique and Pavlova pairing (R160); Sabrage Demonstration (R150); Winemaker\u2019s Cap Classique pairing lunch with bubbly pairings on Friday 2 September (R350).<\/p>\n

#. \u00a0Klein Goederust tasting of 2018 Nomaroma Cap Classique paired with beetroot carpaccio, chevin and almonds, led by owner Paul Siguqa (R115).<\/p>\n
