* \u00a0SAA flights<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>could be disrupted from today onwards as the South African Transport & Allied Workers’ Union go on a threatened strike for all of this week. \u00a0SAA has said that it has measures in place to prevent any service disruption.<\/p>\n

* \u00a0 The bill banning the advertising and sponsorship of alcoholic beverages<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>will go to Parliament as is, to allow comment on it to be received thereafter.<\/p>\n

* \u00a0 Cape Town actress Robyn Scott has won the Best Actress Award at the Edinburgh Fringe, against Dame Janet Suzman and others, for her performance in the play set in Sea Point’s\u00a0‘London Road<\/em>‘. \u00a0The play was one of 2871 performed at the festival.
