Minister Sisulu claimed that the City of Cape Town &#8216;<em>paid the judges for the Design Capital award, and will continue to pay these judges for the next three years<\/em>&#8216;. \u00a0Sisulu certainly has the incorrect information about paying judges, and doing so into the future, \u00a0She is correct however that the winning city had to make a payment,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.whalecottage.com\/blog\/cape-town\/cape-town-world-design-capital-2014-live-design-transform-life\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>paying the International Council \u20ac 160000\u00a0for the licence fee for the designation<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>* \u00a0 Western Cape Premier Helen Zille announced the roll-out of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politicsweb.co.za\/politicsweb\/view\/politicsweb\/en\/page72308?oid=638035&amp;sn=Marketingweb+detail&amp;pid=90389&amp;utm_source=Politicsweb+Daily+Headlines&amp;utm_campaign=62415692ea-DHN_June_23_2014&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_a86f25db99-62415692ea-140156549\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>384 wifi hotspots close to provincial buildings<\/strong><\/span><\/a> in the province over the next four years, in her State of the Province Address last week.
