\"City<\/a>The\u00a0Sweet Service Award<\/strong> goes to the City of Cape Town , for the collection of refuse on Christmas and New Year\u2019s Day, despite these being very special public holidays.<\/p>\n

\"City<\/a>The\u00a0Sour Service Award<\/strong>\u00a0goes to the City of Cape Town, for the shoddy condition of the road at the parking area of Signal Hill. Massive potholes have been filled with loose chip stone, and not re-tared. \u00a0It creates a very poor impression for the many tourists who visit the site, paragliding from there, and\/or visiting the new\u00a0World Design Capital 2014 Sun Star art installation<\/strong><\/a>. \u00a0 When we Tweeted the problem, the City\u2019s Tweeter asked for the address of the problem, despite us mentioning Signal Hill in the Tweet!<\/p>\n
