\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award <\/strong>goes to The City of Cape Town, for allowing the cloakrooms at the City Hall to fall into disrepair, and for not renovating them in at least ten years, if not more.\u00a0 Toilets are still of the chain kind, the doors do not have bolts on them anymore, and the floors have holes in them.\u00a0 In general, a most unappetising facility, in contrast with the lovely music that is performed inside the City Hall.\u00a0\u00a0 Given what the City has and will spend on the World Cup, surely\u00a0it can make some funds available for the modernisation of the cloakrooms?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
