* \u00a0 Internationally the accommodation sector is bemoaning the impact of Airbnb<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, for its ‘illegal’<\/em> advantage of lower costs, and operating illegally, short-term rental being prohibited in many American city centres, and the accommodation not complying with insurance,\u00a0fire, and disability access regulations which apply to the formal accommodation sector.<\/p>\n
