The grapes were hand-harvested early in the day, then crushed, and then destemmed. Skin contact for six hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and the two cultivars blended. Residual sugar 18,4 g\/l, 12,05% alcohol. Strawberry and raspberry aromas, with Muscat on the nose.
