\"Cassini\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award<\/strong> goes to Cassani Motors in Plett. While driving to Plettenberg Bay, a petrol attendant noticed that a coolant pipe had a crack in it. I managed to get to Plett safely, but did not want to risk the return journey without having it seen to. \u00a0I popped in at Cassani Motors in Plett’s industrial area, on a recommendation. Owner Mauro had a look, and quickly made a plan to do a temporary fix. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, pushing all his other work to the side, but he also charged a ludicrous price of R50!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\"Hola\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/strong> goes to\u00a0Hola Caf\u00e9 in Plettenberg Bay. I had such good memories of the coffee shop that operated there before, now it is an Internet caf\u00e9, more than half of the interior bring a computer shop! The waitress confirmed that the strawberry juice is freshly squeezed on the premises (but there is no kitchen to be seen). The aggressive Argentinian owner came over and said it comes from a bottle, and could I not see it listed under ‘Other Juices<\/em>‘ on the menu! The heading above is ‘Fresh Juices<\/em>‘, and strawberry would have been listed there if it is freshly squeezed, she said! I then ordered an orange juice from the Fresh Juices list, and she had to come back to me to say that the juices are seasonal, and oranges are not in season!<\/p>\n
